When will my order arrive?
Most orders for in-stock items will leave our Pennsylvania shipping facility the next business day. An order placed on Friday or Saturday will not ship until Monday. To estimate the actual delivery date, add one business day to the select shipping method/carrier. For example:
• UPS Next Day Air orders will arrive in two business days.
• UPS 2nd Day Air orders will arrive in three business days.
UPS Ground: UPS does not guarantee delivery time for UPS Ground, but 3 to 5 business days is a good estimate. Expect delivery in 4 to 5 business days depending upon the distance from our Pennsylvania shipping facility.
Priority Mail: The U.S. Post Office makes no guarantee, but estimates delivery time for Priority Mail to be 2 to 3 business days, so expect delivery in 3 to 4 business days.
Standard Shipping: Our Standard Shipping is USPS Media Mail. The U.S. Post Office makes no guarantee, but estimates delivery time for Media Mail to be 3 to 10 business days, so expect delivery in 4 to 11 business days.
A business day includes Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday. Observed Holidays, Saturdays and Sundays are not considered a business day.

For fastest service and the best deal, place your order online.
• Most in-stock items ship the next business day. Orders are sent to our Pennsylvania warehouse for processing the next business day. Orders placed online from 12:01 AM to 5:00 AM Eastern Time Monday through Friday are sent to our warehouse for processing that morning. Under normal circumstances, most online orders will ship the same day it is sent to our warehouse for processing. Orders outside the United States and Canada may take up to 3 additional business days to ship.
• Order online and qualify for up to two free gifts -- all year round! Both regular and sale priced items qualify. Choose one free gift for any order over $40.00 and two free gifts for any order over $75.00. Make your selection from the list of available Free Gifts (up to $18.00 value each) during checkout.

If I order online, is my credit card secure?
Yes, your credit card is secure when ordering from The Word Among Us online.
• Our web server takes all the steps necessary to protect your personal information, including your credit card number, from being intercepted during transmission. (SSL is used to encrypt all data sent between our server and your browser. To learn more about SSL, click here).
• To process credit card transactions, The Word Among Us uses the most respected name in credit card processing services--Authorize.net. This service offers the most secure credit card processing currently available. Click here to review Authorize.net's security and privacy policy.
• We store the information we gather from this Web site on secure computers located in a locked data center. The number of employees involved in the management of the data center that have physical access to these computers is limited. We use firewalls and security technology to prevent our computers from being accessed by unauthorized persons.
• If you prefer not to place your order online, you can always place your order by phone.

The Word Among Us accepts Visa, MasterCard and Discover Card. We do not accept American Express at this time.

When you place your order by telephone, we will ask you for the promotion or order code on your catalog mailing label or order form. If you learned about the product from our web site, online bookstore, or promotional email, let the customer service representative know. These codes are important to you as well as to us. If there is a special offer associated with the code, you will be sure to receive the free item(s) or the special advertised price. The code also enables us to know how people learn about our products.

APO/FPO Orders & Delivery Outside the US/Canada
• APO/FPO Orders: We do ship to APO and FPO addresses, but "United States" must be selected as the "Ship-to" country when placing you order online. To complete your order, fill-out the "Billing Information" as normal. For "Shipping Information", choose "Add a New Ship To" and add the APO or FPO address you would like your order delivered to (even if it is the same as the Billing address) and choose "United States" as the country.
Delivery Outside the USA and Canada
Serving our customers is our first priority. Unfortunately we cannot ship to the destination requested for this order. We do not offer delivery outside of the USA and Canada since these destinations are better served through one of our distributors or through our partnership with Amazon.com. Ordering from one of our Distributors or through Amazon.com will get you your order quicker and with lower shipping charges than we can offer from within the United States.

What if my shipment is not received or
is damaged?
If your order does not arrive within 2 weeks or is damaged in shipment, please call us toll free at 1-800-775-9673 or e-mail Theresa at theresa@wau.org. Please include your order information.
Can I return merchandise?
Books may be returned for a full refund. Please return books within 15 days of receiving your order.
Videos and music may be returned only with permission from our Customer
Services Department, unless they arrive damaged. To obtain permission
call customer service at 1-800-775-9673 or e-mail Theresa at theresa@wau.org.
When returning an order, please include a copy of your invoice/packing slip. Indicate what items are being returned and the reason why for each item. Shipping costs on returns are the responsibility of the sender. We are not responsible for materials damaged or lost in a return shipment. The Word Among Us cannot accept returns C.O.D.
