Biography: Internationally renowned priest and author, respected professor and beloved pastor, wrote over forty books on the spiritual life in his lifetime. More than two million copies of his books have been sold and have been translated into twenty-two languages. Following a life serving as a priest, teaching, and living with those who needed him most, Henri Nouwen died suddenly on September 21, 1996, and is buried in King City, Ontario.
