Unleashing the Power of Your Baptism shows us that as we let go of our past way of life and open ourselves to God's grace and transforming power, we can live a life in which sin has no power over us (Romans 6:14). Our own baptism has made possible what at first seems impossible—to live in a new way, saying"yes" to God's way of peace and purity, and "no" to the way of sin, selfishness, and pride. As we make daily decisions to turn our lives to Jesus, we will experience the grace and power that God has so generously given to us in this sacrament.
