Greetings Fr. Schmidt, my wife and I are subscribed to “The Word Among Us” and read the daily mass readings religiously, no pun intended. I usually don’t, but this month I chose to read some of the additional stories available to subscribers. I read your stories about Fr. Cisek. I loved the way you wrote and found them all enlightening and intriguing. So much so that I searched and found your homilies for this lenten season which connected Fr.
